Solution Specialist, Data Centre

At ARP Netherlands, we’re looking for a Data Centre Solution Specialist who thrives on complex IT challenges and loves designing smart, high-quality solutions. In this role, you’re the crucial link between technology and business. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers, consultants, and clients.
You’ll advise, design, and implement data centre solutions from a technical perspective. You’re the go-to technical expert in the sales process—translating customer needs into scalable, future-ready solutions. With your deep knowledge of data centre technologies and a strong customer focus, you help elevate both our service delivery and client relationships to the next level.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it
- Design and deliver smart data centre solutions with our Solution Consultant.
- Advise clients and colleagues on complex tech challenges.
- Support proposals and tenders with your technical know-how.
- Share your expertise to boost internal knowledge and collaboration.
- Work closely with partners and teams to build the best-fit solutions.
- Drive improvement in processes, offerings, and internal learning.
Your profile
- Proven experience in a similar role, advising on data centre and infrastructure solutions. Solid expertise in virtualisation, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
- In-depth technical knowledge of platforms like VMware, HPE, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, or Nutanix.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A blend of independence and team spirit—you know when to lead and when to collaborate.
