As a trusted IT advisor, ARP’s Technical Experts Team helps businesses get the most out of their hardware.

There’s a huge amount to juggle, especially when it comes to management and configuration and with expertise in Apple, Google, Microsoft and Android, this team can offer support in all kinds of topics by offering technical support, contributing to discussions, holding demos and implementing MDM platforms.

Meet the team

The team supports ARP colleagues and customers, but also other Bechtle direct units in the Netherlands and Belgium. Besides offering support on complex issues, the team also rolls out project implementations, such as zero-touch enrolment and full MDM/EMM endpoint management setups.

The team also provides various workshops and health check and readiness assessment services.

Readiness Review – Deployment, management and support insights

One of the most unique services the Technical Experts Team offers is the Readiness Review, which maps your IT environment to get a clear overview of the health of the platform used within your organisation. Based on the results of this analysis, you can determine the steps you need to take next.

Once the on-site review has been completed, you’ll receive a report including all findings and recommendations.
