“I see my future at ARP as an opportunity to apply my newly acquired knowledge in a work environment that values trust and responsibility.”
What were your first impressions of ARP?
I had the first interviews for my job around three years ago. These were open and honest conversations with the recruiter, team lead and a colleague, in which there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. On my first day, I was warmly welcomed by the entire team, who made sure I got the support I needed and felt right at home.
Tell us about your day-to-day work at ARP.
My job is incredibly varied so I create content and images and also handle product and portrait photography. One thing’s for sure, I’m never bored! ARP trusts its staff, which gives me the freedom I need to plan my day, which is hugely beneficial given my multitude of tasks.
How do you see your future at ARP?
Working here has given me the opportunity to study corporate identity and branding. As part of this course, I am learning to provide strategic advice, apply various design methodologies, conduct extensive research and define policies for optimising, expanding and/or developing our brand. I am far from finished and am very much looking forward to applying my newly acquired knowledge at ARP.
