How were your first few weeks at ARP?

First impressions were very positive. Before I even started, ARP sent a welcome package to my home, which was a great surprise. I was warmly welcomed to the office by a fantastic team, which very quickly made me feel at ease and I was given the space I needed to really get to grips with everything to get me off to a great start.

Give us an insight into an average day.

Every day is a little different. Sometimes I’m at my desk the whole day, while on others, I’m here, there and everywhere throughout the building, which is what makes working at ARP so much fun.

What makes working at ARP so special?

The fantastic colleagues. Everyone is happy to help each other and I don’t just mean professionally. There’s also a personal connection. At ARP, you are appreciated for who you are and not just a number.

Tips for new colleagues

It’s not really a tip, but I have to say that at ARP, every opinion is listened to and appreciated. The company has a very open and honest culture. It truly is a place where you are motivated and given the freedom to grow and develop yourself.
