Solution Consultant – Managed Print Services (MPS).

 

As an MPS Consultant at ARP Netherlands, you’ll be the go-to expert for our Managed Print Services, advising and selling to both new and existing customers. 

Working closely with our sales and technical teams, you’ll ensure that your customers get the smart and scalable solutions they need to drive their business forward. Alongside supporting your customer base, you’ll also be actively involved in cultivating new relationships.

Your job

  • Manage and grow your customer base. You are responsible for maintaining and growing your customer base, ensuring continuity and helping your customers choose the best solutions to support their business strategy.

  • Focus on cross and upselling. In addition to retaining customers, you actively seek opportunities to expand our business. You identify where we can add value and ensure our customers get the most from our services. You also make sure contracts are renewed on time and, most importantly, our customers are always happy with our service.

  • Acquisitions and relationship management. Attracting new customers is a key part of your role. You use your network and skills to identify and seize opportunities. To help you on your way, you’ll also receive hot leads from our in-house marketing team.
  • Tender Desk support. You support our Tender Desk with national and European tenders, contributing to complex proposals and strategic bids to help us stay competitive and compelling in the marketplace.
  • Sales and consulting support. You guide customers from the initial contact to the delivery of their Managed Print Services. You deliver presentations, prepare and follow up on quotes, and support the implementation process.
  • Building long-term customer relationships. Our services are based on multi-year service contracts, and so your focus is on cultivating lasting customer relationships. As a trusted advisor, you ensure that your customers always receive the best solutions for their needs.
  • Ensuring commercial success and customer satisfaction. At the end of the day, it’s about happy customers and successful deals. With your expertise and strategic approach, you directly contribute to the success of both your customers and ARP.

Your profile

  • You have a university degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • You have several years of experience as a Solution/IT Consultant or in a similar B2B role.

  • An affinity with MPS is beneficial.

  • You’re happy to travel and visit customers throughout the Netherlands.

  • Experience with account planning, consulting processes, and tenders is an advantage.

  • You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

  • You can identify commercial opportunities, strategise effectively, and know how to close sales.

  • Building customer relationships comes naturally to you. You strengthen customer ties and grow their investment in our products and services.

  • You are driven, empathetic, decisive and innovative.
