Your job.

As a Back Office Assistant, you’re an essential part of our Managed Printing Services (MPS) team.

Together with your colleagues, you manage the full order and contract process for our print clients.

Your main focus is on the smooth implementation of new MPS customers, where you maintain a clear overview and set the right priorities

You also ensure accurate and timely processing of contract invoicing.
- You ensure that all contract details are accurately entered into our systems, including when updates or changes occur.
- You maintain close contact with both internal and external stakeholders to provide the best possible service to our customers, communicating via e-mail and phone.
- Working closely with colleagues, clients, and distributors, you always strive to deliver top-tier service and support.
Your profile.

Preferably a vocational level of education or equivalent work experience

2–5 years of experience in a back office or administrative role. Experience in planning is a plus.

Ability to work at least 32 hours a week. (Flexible working days and hours can be discussed).

Affinity with IT and/or the printing industry is an advantage.

Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.

You’re highly organised, enjoy coordinating administrative tasks, and thrive in a structured environment.
