Your job.
You are involved throughout the sales process, supporting both customers and colleagues This includes:
- Handling incoming customer enquiries and ensuring proper follow‑up.
- Preparing quotations and actively following up on offers.
- Supporting account managers with orders and a range of commercial activities.
- Staying in close contact with internal teams and external partners.
- Identifying and flagging opportunities or potential risks where relevant.
- Keeping customer and project information up to date.
- Actively contributing to improving processes and working more efficiently.
Your profile.
This role suits someone who is eager to learn and comfortable taking responsibility. What we’re looking for:
- A vocational level of education or equivalent professional experience e.g. in a commercial or administrative field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service or another service‑oriented role.
- You communicate easily and enjoy working with customers.
- Precision and attention to detail help you maintain a clear overview, even under pressure.
- You have a commercial mindset and a natural ability to identify opportunities.
- You are proactive, eager to learn and are willing to take the initiative.
- You feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment where teamwork is key.
