As an IT Projects Planner, you play a central role in coordinating IT projects across the Netherlands. Acting as the key link between IT engineers, the warehouse and our customers, you ensure everything is in place—from preparatory work in the warehouse to scheduling engineers on site. Based in our Maastricht office, you maintain a clear overview of nationwide IT projects and workplace rollouts.

Your job.

  • Planning and coordinating the on‑site deployment of our IT engineers for customers across the Netherlands is a core part of the role.
  • You create and manage schedules for workplace rollouts and nationwide IT projects. 
  • Responsibility also includes planning the teams that carry out preparatory work in our warehouse.
  • Capacity, availability, priorities and project commitments are carefully balanced to keep all activities aligned. 
  • You monitor planning progress closely and step in quickly when changes or bottlenecks arise. 
  • You are in daily contact with IT engineers, the warehouse team and project managers.
  • Project and planning data is recorded accurately in our systems. 
  • You proactively keep customers and colleagues informed about schedules, changes and progress. 
  • Continuous improvement is encouraged, and you contribute ideas to enhance planning processes, internal workflows and collaboration.

Your profile.

  • You have at least a vocational level of education or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Several years of relevant experience in a planning, coordination or service‑driven role provide a strong foundation for the position. 
  • You work with precision and attention to detail, maintaining a clear overview even when workloads increase. 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to set priorities come naturally. 
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with both in-house teams and customers. 
  • Changes in planning do not unsettle you; you remain calm and adapt quickly when circumstances shift. 
  • You work independently, but value teamwork and take responsibility for shared results. 
  • A proactive mindset supports your approach, and you enjoy identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.
