IT Engineer – Apple.

At ARP, we help organisations make technology truly work for them, and as an IT Engineer Apple, you play a key role in making that happen. You are our in‑house Apple specialist, translating questions from customers and colleagues into well‑considered, practical solutions. You combine strong technical expertise with an advisory mindset, working closely with our Sales and Services teams and collaborating directly with Apple. In this role, you will have ample opportunity to further develop your expertise within the Apple ecosystem.

As an Apple Business Partner and Apple Premium Technical Partner, ARP works closely with Apple and is at the forefront of deploying Apple solutions in professional IT environments. You will actively contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of our Apple services.

Your job.

You act as a trusted advisor to customers and in-house teams on the effective use of Apple solutions in professional IT environments.
From concept to delivery, you design, configure and implement Apple solutions, including Mobile Device Management (MDM).
You support customers with technical challenges and turn these into robust, sustainable solutions.
You actively support pre‑sales activities, applying your technical expertise to position and strengthen our Apple service portfolio.
As part of our service offering, you provide first and second‑line technical support for Apple environments.
Close collaboration with Apple, partners and colleagues ensures our solutions are continuously refined and improved.
You continue to develop your expertise within the Apple ecosystem and share knowledge and best practices with the wider team.
You stay on top of technological developments and translate them into practical, value‑adding applications for customers.

Your profile.

You bring a solid foundation in IT, combined with a genuine passion for Apple products.
A university degree, vocational qualification or equivalent hands‑on experience in IT provides a strong basis for the role.
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM).
You communicate clearly and effectively, explaining technical concepts in an accessible way to a wide range of stakeholders.
You take a proactive approach to developing your skills, with training and certifications forming a natural part of your professional growth.
You are comfortable working independently, while also enjoying close collaboration with colleagues and partners.
Complex issues are taken on with confidence, and you see them through from investigation to resolution, taking full ownership along the way.
You have a strong command of English, both spoken and written.
You are available to work at least 40 hours per week.
