Keeping our customers satisfied comes naturally to you and, as a Customer Support Specialist – Front Office, you are the first point of contact for our customers, handling topics such as IT maintenance and repairs and quickly identifying what they really need. You work seamlessly with other departments and ensure that incoming tickets, emails and calls are handled efficiently and with care. Because you are in such close contact with our customers, your input is invaluable—and we rely on you to help us understand how our service can be improved even further. You actively gather feedback from customers and use it to help shape a better support experience.

Your job.
- You handle incoming service requests in the ticketing system in a customer‑focused manner and in line with the agreed SLAs.
- Close collaboration with your direct colleague, internal departments and external partners comes naturally, with a clear understanding that strong cooperation is key to delivering high‑quality service.
- You remain responsible for each ticket from creation through to resolution, even when it is escalated to a partner or colleague.
- Continuous improvement matters to you, and you actively contribute ideas to enhance processes and customer service activities.
- You listen carefully to customer needs and, when a potential sales opportunity arises, coordinate seamlessly with your sales colleagues.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and optimal service delivery remains your primary focus at all times.
Your profile.
- You have at least a vocational level of education or equivalent professional experience.
- You bring 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role
- You’re happy to work 36-40 hours a week
- Previous experience working with CRM systems
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently Additional language skills in French or German are considered a strong advantage
- You are highly customer and service‑oriented
- An analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills set you apart
- You are empathetic, responsible and a good listener
