Onsite IT Technician
Be the driving force behind smooth-running IT projects across the country. As an Onsite IT Technician, you’ll jump into a variety of workplace projects.
These will include everything from support services, distribution desks and workplace setup (adjusting/replacing/installing workstations including cable management) to floorwalking and everything in between. You’ll travel nationwide, sometimes staying in hotels with your team, and bringing your flexibility and customer-first mindset to every assignment. If you love hands-on IT work and making things run like clockwork, this is the job for you.
Your job
- Together with your colleagues, you’ll take responsibility for delivering on your promises—at various customer locations.
- You’ll be hands-on with tasks like distributing out hardware, setting up new workstations, and providing user support.
- Your biggest challenge? Making sure every project is delivered on time—delivered with technical precision and a strong focus on user satisfaction.
Your profile
- You’re a hands-on IT all-rounder with strong communication skills
- Ideally, you already have some relevant work or internship experience, but this is also a great opportunity for those starting out on their careers!
- You’re familiar with Windows, Android, and iOS.
- You’re happy to work 40 hours a week.
- A driver’s license and a willingness to travel are musts as hotel stays with your team are part of the adventure.
- You are organised and accurate and can work well both alone and in a team.
- You take ownership and don’t rest until everything’s running smoothly.
