As an Inside Sales Data Centre specialist, you’ll be the essential link between customers, the sales organisation and our technical experts. You make sure that quotations, orders and projects run smoothly from start to finish, always keeping a clear overview. With your commercial instinct and strong attention to detail, you directly contribute to customer satisfaction and overall results. You’ll be working in a dynamic IT environment where collaboration and quality come first. No two days are the same, and you’ll have plenty of room to share ideas and help improve our processes. As part of the inside sales team, you’ll make a real impact on complex data centre solutions.

Your job.
- Preparing, reviewing and following up on quotations for data centre solutions
- Processing, monitoring and completing orders from an administrative perspective
- Coordinating deliveries and planning with customers and internal teams
- Actively tracking ongoing projects, opportunities and the overall sales funnel
- Creating basic kit lists and configurations for data centre environments
- Maintaining contact with vendors, distributors and customers
- Identifying process bottlenecks and recommending improvements
- Supporting account managers and solution specialists throughout commercial engagements
Your profile.
- 2–5 years of experience in an inside sales, sales support or back‑office role
- A strong interest in IT, ideally with experience in a data centre or infrastructure environment
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot; ERP experience is a plus
- Solid skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Accurate, well‑organised and confident in managing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset, both written and verbal
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented and a genuine team player
- Strong command of Dutch, both spoken and written
