As Campaign Manager (Vendor & Channel), you translate jointly agreed business plans with vendors into clear, actionable marketing plans—and make sure they are delivered. Working alongside our Performance Marketer, you take ownership of planning, alignment and progress. You ensure vendor-led activity fits seamlessly into our wider marketing strategy and works in harmony with non-vendor initiatives, so everything comes together as a coherent whole.
You’re not just focused on plans and presentations. You make sure ideas are executed, timelines are met and momentum is maintained. You keep a close eye on progress and make sure all teams involved are aligned and moving in the same direction.
The role offers a strong mix of tactical thinking and hands-on execution. You work close to vendors’ business priorities, translate them into marketing activities and see them materialise through campaigns, events and webinars. With many stakeholders involved, you play a central coordinating role and have a direct influence on the success of our campaigns. In this position, you collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales and other teams across ARP and Bechtle B.V.

You report to the Marketing Manager. Your base is split between Maastricht and Eindhoven, and you’re available for 28–32 hours per week.

Your job.
- You translate jointly agreed business plans with vendors into concrete marketing plans, working closely with our Performance Marketer.
- You ensure campaigns are aligned with both our overall marketing strategy and wider business objectives.
- You manage timelines, progress and throughput across campaigns and projects.
- You create strong internal alignment between Marketing, Sales and Vendor Management.
- You ensure vendor plans are delivered in line with agreed KPIs, deliverables and timelines.
- You coordinate the execution of campaigns and activations, including webinars, demos, events and trade fairs.
- You keep track of ongoing activities and steer where necessary to ensure objectives are met.
- You review results and, together with the Performance Marketer, turn insights into concrete improvements.
Your profile.
- You have a higher professional or academic education (hbo/wo) and around 2–6 years’ experience in marketing or campaign management.
- You have strong project management skills, and you can keep track of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- You communicate clearly and know how to connect internal teams and external partners effectively.
- You work in a structured way and stay on top of planning, progress and quality.
- You are results-driven and understand how marketing supports business objectives.
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic organisation with many stakeholders.
- You are proactive and show ownership of your projects.
- You have a good command of both English and Dutch.
