Business Architect.
As a Senior Business Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Services organisation. Working at the intersection of service delivery, digitalisation and process optimisation, you’ll help turn complex transformation initiatives into practical improvements that support growth, scalability and long-term success.
Working across business architecture, process design, enterprise applications and project governance, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, define the right approach and drive change from concept through to implementation. Your work will directly contribute to the continued development and scalability of our services business.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to the Head of Services and collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, IT and the Leadership Team. By bringing together market developments, business needs and technological opportunities, you’ll help shape a multi-year roadmap with clear priorities and compelling business cases.
Success in this role requires a broad perspective. You’ll take a holistic view of business challenges, process design, system landscapes, stakeholder management and implementation. You understand how ERP, service management and logistics platforms work together and can translate business requirements into practical designs that developers, consultants and vendors can put into practice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading change, bringing structure to complexity and turning ideas into measurable results. You’ll take ownership of complex initiatives, provide direction across multiple stakeholders and help the organisation work smarter, operate more efficiently and build for the future.
