As a Project Office Employee, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our projects. You'll coordinate, coordinate, and plan with an eye for detail and overview. You thrive in a dynamic environment where service-oriented work is paramount.

Your job.

You'll coordinate and ensure the streamlined handling of incoming projects. Together with your Team Lead and the Project Management Team Lead, you'll determine whether a project should be handled within your own team or whether it's too complex and requires our project managers.

After analyzing the incoming project, you'll calculate the cost price so our Account Managers can provide clients with a suitable quote and the best possible service.

You'll also create, coordinate, and monitor schedules. If challenges arise, you'll be there to identify them promptly and propose possible solutions.

You'll develop project instructions so your colleagues know exactly what's expected of them to ensure customer satisfaction.

You'll handle the administrative processing of projects in our systems.

You'll advise colleagues on the possibilities within Services to tailor each project to the client's needs. You do this for the Account Managers of ARP, as well as for the Account Managers of our sister companies Bechtle Eindhoven/Hoofddorp, Bechtle Belgium and PQR.
Your profile.

You have at least a level 4 vocational education (MBO) working and thinking proficiency.

You speak and write fluent Dutch (English is a plus).

You are available 36-40 hours per week.

You have strong communication skills, continuously interacting with various teams to effectively coordinate projects and ensuring smooth internal communication.

You are able to connect the dots and reason logically. This helps you solve problems and make well-considered decisions.

You are proactive, anticipate potential challenges, and take action to prevent problems before they arise.

You are accurate; careful and precise execution of work is essential for the smooth running of projects.
