Do you have a complaint?

Please let us know by e-mail at klachten.nl@arp.com or fill in the form below. Complaints should be submitted in full and clearly described. Submitted complaints will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will notify you within the same 14-day period including an indication of the expected official response time.
