We use empty original cartridges from printer manufacturers that are then carefully and professionally refurbished. The toner powder and ink used equal or even supersede the quality of the original toner and ink. Before the cartridges leave the production plant, they are carefully checked again for computability and functionality. How are ARTICONA toner and ink cartridges produced?

All ARTICONA toner and ink is manufactured in Europe in certified plants. The basis is original cartridges that are collected, cleaned, and checked for functionality and completeness. Components that no longer meet the high quality and performance requirements are replaced with compatible new parts. This includes wear parts such as electrical contacts and other components. Finally, the recycled cartridges reach the refilling station and are filled with new toner powder or ink. The cartridges undergo comprehensive and independent quality controls and test procedures in the production plants to ensure quality standards are met. Each cartridge is subjected to a pressure test when it reaches the end of the production line, for example.
