Vacancy.

Project Manager.

Would you like to play a key role in delivering organisation-wide IT and improvement projects? Do you enjoy bringing different departments together and successfully guiding projects from concept to implementation? If so, this role is for you.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for internal projects that contribute to the further growth and professionalisation of our organisation. Initially, you won’t be working for external clients, but will focus entirely on projects that make our internal processes, collaboration and service delivery smarter, more efficient and future-proof. Ultimately, the aim is to serve our clients better.

You bring structure to complex issues, draw up realistic schedules and ensure that projects are completed within the agreed timeframe, to the required standard and within budget. In doing so, you’ll work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, management and external partners where necessary.

You are a strong negotiator who knows how to reconcile different interests, identify risks in good time and build support within the organisation. Thanks to your strategic overview, decisiveness and communication skills, you keep projects on track and ensure that changes are effectively implemented.

In this role, you will be given plenty of scope to manage projects independently, coach colleagues and make an active contribution to the further development of project-based working within our organisation.
